Fast and secure rental of your property
Why Expat Relocation Brokers?
A question we will be happy to answer!
Expat Relocation Brokers is in the middle of a market you want to find yourself in as a landlord. A verified tenant through an intake, associated documents and proven past business partnerships. These tenants usually stay in a property temporarily, have the right background and financial resources.
With over 18 years of experience, we like to do things in an informal and no nonsense approach, appointments are kept and your real estate comes first!
The candidates we like to work with are Expats. These are mostly people from abroad who work and/or study in the city and provence area and may work, for example, at: the Government, Google, NAM, University, Philips, Atos, Defence, Eemshaven, Jones Enginering, Stork, etc.
Our landlords expect top candidates and applicants who also understand that this is someone's home, income, pension or investment. The right match between tenant and accommodation is therefore extremely important. We take this task very seriously and always try to translate this to potential tenants by clearly explaining what is required of them and giving this support by processing and documenting everything in detail. Unburdening our landlords as desired or up to full customisation is our top priority.
Expat Relocation Brokers always goes for a long-term cooperation for your benefit!
